How to choose the size?

If you don't know your size, you can easily find it out like this.
Take a ring that fits you, place it on a piece of paper, and draw the inside circumference with a thin pen. This is very important, because a millimeter difference can affect the size.
After drawing the circumference, measure its diameter with a ruler.
Then compare the diameter with the table you find here .

Always avoid measuring the circumference of your finger, as this practice would be inaccurate.
