1. Are your jewels accompanied by certificates?
Yes. Every Carlotta di Montefalco creation comes with a certificate of authenticity attesting to the materials, craftsmanship, and provenance.
Gemstones are personally selected, accompanied by a warranty certificate or, when applicable, by an international gemological certification.


2. Where do your gemstones come from, and how do you operate sustainably?
We source gemstones from trusted suppliers, avoiding channels linked to exploitative mining.
We prioritise responsible processes, with respect for sustainability and for the wellbeing of local communities.
Where possible, we work with cutters and artisans who adopt low-impact practices, minimising waste and making the most of every material.
Our packaging is designed to last or be reused, reducing the use of unnecessary materials.

- We select only gemstones cut in workshops that guarantee safe and fair working conditions.

Packaging and presentation
- Our boxes are made to last and to be reused as cases.

3. Can I customise a jewel?
Yes. We offer the possibility to customise many models, choosing sizes, gemstones, engravings, or special details on request.
Each creation is followed through every stage to ensure a unique and personal result.

4. What are the production and shipping times?
Items marked as “immediately available” are shipped within 2 working days.
For creations made to order, or where “immediately available” is not indicated, production times vary according to the complexity of the jewel, from 7 to 10 working days.
Every stage, from crafting to delivery, is handled with the utmost care to ensure the highest quality.


5. How are the jewels shipped?
All shipments travel in protective and insured packaging, via express courier.
Each shipment is trackable and requires a signature upon delivery, to ensure maximum security.


6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €100.
For orders below this threshold, a fixed fee applies, visible before payment.

For international orders, shipping is charged and depends on the destination country.
The exact cost will be shown at checkout before payment is made.


7. Can I return a jewel?
We accept returns according to the conditions indicated in the Returns and refunds section.
Custom or made-to-measure jewels cannot be returned, as they are created specifically for the client.


8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
All transactions are protected by certified security systems.


9. Do you offer after-sales service?
Yes. We offer maintenance, polishing, professional cleaning, and setting checks for our jewels.
For any need, our workshop is always available to assist you.


10. Can I request gift packaging?
Of course. Just indicate it in the order notes: no extra charge will apply.


11. Is shipping trackable?
Yes, all shipments can be tracked directly on the courier’s website.


12. Are the jewels hypoallergenic?
Yes. We use only precious metal alloys that comply with European regulations and are nickel-free, ensuring maximum skin compatibility.
