Returns and Refunds
The right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 186/99, is valid within 14 days of receiving the product if the goods have manufacturing problems. Irregularities in shape or slight differences in color compared to the product photo on the shop are not considered manufacturing problems since, being artisanal and therefore individually handcrafted, they are by their very nature considered unique pieces. After this deadline, no refunds or exchanges will be considered. Carlotta di Montefalco remains available to resolve any issues with the product (repairs, suggestions on how to proceed). Returns do not apply to personalized or made-to-measure products. Incorrect information on customizations by the customer will also not be considered valid for returns. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email, within 14 days, to info@carlottadimontefalco.com with the subject "Return [order number] - Right of withdrawal" stating the reasons for the return. All costs associated with returning products are entirely borne by the customer, who agrees to return the product within 10 days of notification. The product will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the return notification, provided that:
• the returned product is intact
• accessories, gadgets, information and any free gifts received with the order are also returned and that they are intact
• the product has not been used
• the product is returned in its original packaging
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Refunds may be withheld until proof of shipment of the returned product is provided. Please note that shipping costs for the purchase of the product are non-refundable under any circumstances. Failure to return the product as described above will result in the forfeiture of the right to return.
